The Chef
Bruno Ferrari — 1981, Italian Chef, Culinary Consultant, Creative Force.
Born in Abruzzo and raised on the rich traditions of central Italian cuisine, I’ve spent over two decades transforming regional passion into refined fine dining experiences across the globe.
I began my culinary journey in Italy, where I opened my first restaurant Parco della Majella in 2004 — a tribute to Abruzzo’s soul. The restaurant quickly earned recognition in the Michelin Guide 2008, and later expanded to Shanghai in 2019, again celebrated in the Michelin Guide 2021.
Over the years, I’ve led award-winning kitchens, launched successful restaurant concepts, and collaborated with top-tier luxury brands. I’ve had the honor of serving as Brand Ambassador for Gaggenau, Lavazza, and multiple Italian wine producers — curating immersive gastronomic experiences that blend food, culture, and storytelling.
Currently based in Bangkok, where I continue to redefine what Italian cuisine means in Asia — one plate at a time.
Holding a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines with Merit, I bring a sommelier’s perspective to food and wine pairing, enhancing the dining experience through curated selections that elevate every dish.
I also work as a consultant, helping hotels and restaurants across Asia develop menus, train staff, and launch unforgettable culinary concepts that balance authenticity, innovation, and business success.
